Twelve Word Reviews
I always have so many books, movies and other things I want to review but I never feel like I have time to adequately write a full synopsis with my own 2 or 5 cents. This is why I like Eva’s Six Word Reviews.
I’m generally too wordy for just six mere words so in my version, I’ll use twice as many and have Twelve Word Reviews.
So,here are this week’s movie & book reviews,in 12 words:
The Third Man -Scoundrel kills babies inadvertently, fools everyone.Zither music,Vienna, cuckoo clocks accompany.
30 Days of Night- Non-Pretty vampires feast in Alaska. Much bloodshed. The comic books are better.
Grandma’s Boy- Masturbation antics,pot-smoking grannies,robot-talking weirdo,geek gamers.Hilarity ensues.
The Lost Boys (revisited) - rock-starish vampires, motorcycles,Two Coreys, great soundtrack. My favorite guilty pleasure movie.
Sweet Bird of Youth(revisited)- Sex,drugs,shady politicians & scandal in Southern town.Paul Newman-gorgeous.
The Abstinence Teacher by Tom Perotta -Awesome Sex-Ed Teacher combats scary religious nutjobs.Too bad characters so clichéd.

These are fantastic, Rebecca! Did you like The Third Man? Sounds good, might have to throw it on the Netflix queue. And now I want to throw The Lost Boys on, too…I love that movie. The Abstinence Teacher sounds interesting, too. Crap…I really didn’t need more to do
